His shooting accuracy stood at 51.2 percent from the floor and 34.5 percent from three-point range. Roper was named First Team All-CCIW and received recognition as Player of the Week twice during the season. Additionally, he earned All-Region honors from both NABC and D3hoops.com.

Roper was one of four players from Illinois Wesleyan to receive All-CCIW honors in the 2023-24 season. Luke Yoder joined him on the first team, while juniors Harrison Wilmsen and Hakim Williams were selected for Second Team All-CCIW status. All three are expected to return next season alongside Roper.
