Illinois Wesleyan golfer Quinn Clifford earns CCIW weekly honor

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin has announced its final Men's Golfer of the Week award for the fall season. Junior Quinn Clifford from Illinois Wesleyan University was recognized on November 1, 2023.

Clifford, a native of Chicago, received this accolade for the second time in his career after performing well at the Golfweek October Classic held from October 15 to 17. He completed rounds with scores of 66, 73, and 74 at Raven Golf Club in Sandestin, Florida, finishing eighth among a field of 125 players.

This recognition makes Clifford the fourth member of the Illinois Wesleyan men's golf team to earn the league's weekly award this year. His teammates Bobby Beaubien, Raj Sethi, and Jackson Hulsey have also been honored previously.
