The Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team received significant recognition in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin's postseason awards announced on November 6. Sophomore Taylor French was honored as the CCIW Offensive Player of the Year, while senior Faith Washko earned the title of CCIW Defensive Player of the Year. Both players were also named to the First Team All-CCIW. Senior Jordan Pierce secured a spot on the Second Team All-CCIW.

Lily Summers, a senior co-captain, was recognized with IWU's CCIW RESPECT Award.

She recorded a league-high 169 kills at an average of 4.83 per set and maintained a .215 attacking percentage. Additionally, she ranked second on her team with 116 digs and contributed 15 aces.

Faith Washko repeated her First Team All-CCIW selection by amassing 124 digs over 21 sets and leading with an average of 5.90 digs per set in CCIW play. Her standout performance included a league-best 28 digs against Augustana on September 27.
