The Illinois Wesleyan University women's lacrosse team is preparing for its upcoming match against Elmhurst University. Hanson has been dominant in draw controls, leading the team with 62, while Sadie Newton follows with 37. Defensively, Hanson also leads in ground balls and caused turnovers.
The Titans have a strong defensive record, ranking fourth nationally in caused turnovers per game. They will face Elmhurst University for the eighth time, holding a 6-1 advantage in past encounters.
The Bluejays' coaching staff includes IWU alumni Cassandra Jones and Claire Quist. Both bring experience from their successful playing careers at Illinois Wesleyan.
