The Illinois Wesleyan University men's soccer team is set to continue its College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) play with an away game against Carroll University on Saturday, October 7. The match is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.

The Titans currently hold a record of 3-4-2 overall and 1-1-1 in conference play. In their latest outing, they secured a 3-0 victory over Augustana. Senior Sasha Tylnyy from Wheeling, Illinois scored two goals, while Junior Eli Warren from Mahomet, Illinois added the third goal. Sophomore goalkeeper Sam Kedzior from Cary, Illinois played the entire match and achieved his third shutout of the season with three saves.

Carroll University enters the game with a 5-6 overall record and a 1-2 standing in conference matches. Their most recent game resulted in a 3-2 loss against Elmhurst University.

Historically, the Titans and Pioneers have faced each other eight times since 2009. In their last encounter on October 8, 2022, Carroll emerged victorious with a score of 2-1.
