The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's track and field teams are set to host the Friday Night Meet on February 21 at the Shirk Center in Bloomington, Illinois. The Titans return home after competing on the road last weekend.

During their recent outing at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday on February 14, a select group of 13 athletes from IWU participated. Junior Evan Lowder made headlines by setting a new all-conditions school record in the men's 200-meter dash with a time of 21.87 seconds. Additionally, seniors Nick Fisch and Annalese Chudy achieved top-10 marks in the men's and women's 5000m events, respectively. Junior Adriana Crabtree improved her standing in the women's mile, while sophomore Alex Reihnart moved up in the women's 800m rankings.

The Titans also competed at Monmouth University's Roger Haynes Invitational on February 15, where several athletes recorded personal bests. Sophomore Cole Marshall ran the second-fastest time in program history for the preliminary round of the 60m dash with a time of 7.09 seconds. Carly Edwards achieved a personal best in the women's 60m with an 8.33-second finish, securing second place.

Other notable performances included junior Bobby Mogged's runner-up finish in the 60m hurdles, along with sophomore Luke Albrerstett and freshman Caroline Hill in their respective men's and women's 400m events. Kelsey Moore also placed as runner-up in the 60m hurdles, Nick Walker did so in the high jump, and Sarah Polley achieved this result in the triple jump.

On Friday, IWU will welcome Millikin University and Heartland Community College to compete at Shirk Center. Field events are scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by track events starting at approximately 5:00 p.m.

Live results will be available during the meet, with final results posted on iwusports.com after its conclusion.
