The Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) baseball team is set to embark on a six-game spring break road trip to Fort Myers, Florida. The games will be held at Terry Park from March 9 to March 14.

IWU's schedule begins with a game against Otterbein University on March 9, followed by a doubleheader against Baruch College on March 10. After a day's rest, the Titans will play Haverford College on March 12, Skidmore College on March 13, and conclude with Alfred State University on March 14.

The team's recent series against Washington University in St. Louis ended with IWU securing one win out of three games. The Titans lost the first two matches but triumphed in the final game with senior Cade Tomhave leading the offensive effort. Junior Jake Pullam earned the win as pitcher, supported by scoreless relief innings from Caleb Martinez and Luke Costello.

In this year's Gene Cusic Classic, IWU will face teams it has rarely played before; their only previous encounter was against Otterbein in 1989. Assistant coach Josh Laurie has ties to Alfred State, having played and coached there previously.

Live stats for all games will be accessible through the IWUsports.com website, while only the doubleheader against Baruch will have live streaming available.
