1. Request to go into Executive Session for Oral Interviews with Firefighter Candidates to establish the Firefighter Eligibility List.
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION-PERSONNEL MATTERS to discuss Personnel Matters as authorized under Section 2(c)2 of the Illinois Open Meeting Act.
1. ACTION: Possible action for the Fire Chief to proceed with completing the Firefighter Eligibility in accordance with state statute.
2. ACTION: Possible action to allow the Fire Chief to proceed with offering the top candidate on the Firefighter Eligibility List a conditional offer for employment.
3. ACTION: Possible action to allow the Fire Chief to hire a candidate who successfully passes conditional exams for hire.

1. Request to go into Executive Session for an Oral Interview of one lateral candidate and one non-certified candidate for the position of Patrol Officer.
