Illinois State University's gymnastics team has seen three of its seniors selected to compete in the upcoming 2025 NCAA Women's Gymnastics Regional. Jaye Mack, Alana Laster, and Sara Wabi will represent their university at the event hosted by Washington from April 2-6.

Jaye Mack will be participating in her fourth consecutive NCAA Regional, competing in both vault and floor events. Her teammate, Alana Laster, is set for her third appearance at the Regionals, also competing on vault and floor. Sara Wabi will make her first appearance at the NCAA Regional during her senior year.

Mack's consistent performance on the floor has earned her a place among top competitors for four straight seasons. As a freshman in 2022, she qualified for the NCAA Championship with a score of 9.925 at the Norman Regional. She currently holds a national qualifying score (NQS) of 9.870 and ranks No. 104 nationally on floor.

Additionally, Mack will participate in the vault event for the second time at this level, holding an NQS rank of No. 48 with scores reaching as high as 9.925 this season.

Alana Laster returns to compete for the third time on vault and makes her debut on floor at this stage. She is ranked No. 35 nationally in vault with an NQS of 9.875 and has consistently posted high scores throughout the season.

Sara Wabi competes on uneven bars for her inaugural regional appearance, ranking No. 106 nationally with an NQS of 9.855.

The competition format includes nine teams along with individual competitors based on national qualifying scores across different events over three days.
