I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – February 17, 2025 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Piel, to approve the minutes from the February 17, 2025, meeting. Carried
II. Volunteer Month Contributions – Parks & Rec., Ec. Dev., Planning Commission
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve authorization to contribute $600 in the names of the thirty volunteers on the Parks & Rec., Ec. Dev., and Planning Commission to the Community Foundation of Red Bud in honor of National Volunteer Month. Carried
III. Training Request for Jill Landgraf – Leadership Institute for the New Manager/Administrator on May 22, 2025
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve authorization to send Jill Landgraf to “Leadership Institute for the New Manager/Administrator” training in Normal, IL on May 22, 2025, NTE $500 for mileage, meals, and lodging. Carried
