The Illinois Wesleyan University men's tennis team ended its participation at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional tournament after seniors Ian Turnbull and Griffin Hammond were defeated in the consolation finals. The match took place on Sunday, September 28, at Kalamazoo College in Michigan.

Turnbull and Hammond lost to Denison University's Jacob Patterson and Arya Ganapathy Kallembella with a score of 8-1. Their path to the finals included a close win against Jacob and Josh Doyle from Albion College, 8-7 (3), in the consolation round of 16. They then secured a victory over Ernesto Botero Diaz and Jesus Soto Bossa of Principia College, 8-2, in the quarterfinals. The pair advanced to the finals after receiving a walkover against Phillip Wottgen and Rafael Lessa from North Central College.

With this result, Illinois Wesleyan concludes its fall season and will now prepare for competition in the spring.
