Rep. Tipsword introduces local student as page for the day at state capitol

Illinois State Representative Dennis Tipsword Jr. introduced Gage Cobbley as his page for the day on the House floor. Cobbley is a senior at El Paso-Gridley High School and plans to attend Brigham Young University in Utah.

"Thank you for coming to Springfield and visiting your State Capitol, Gage!" said Tipsword.

Tipsword, a Republican, was elected to represent Illinois' 105th House District in 2023, succeeding Dan Brady.
