1. The Board of Review convened at 8:30 am.
Members present: Robert Kahman, Rachel Milton, Gene Yeast
Staff present: Connie Clifford
Others in attendance: Floyd Aper
Gene Yeast introduced Floyd Aper. Mr. Aper is expected to be appointed to the Board of Review later this month.
2. Bob Kahman motioned to approve the minutes from October 3, 2025. Rachel Milton seconded. Motion passed.
3. Public comments on agenda items - none
4. The board completed a preliminary review of assessment complaints.
5. Other Business – none.

7. The board recessed at 12:45 pm.
