Hudson Area Public Library District Board of Trustees met Oct. 14.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
We held the Truth-in-Taxation Hearing at 6:l5p.m. Board members present: Erin Corbin, Kevin Segerstrom, Nancy Rinda, Gwyn Whitacre and Dianne Feasley. Director Jenny Losey was also present. We had enough for a quorum. No one from the community attended. Adjourned at 6:30p.m.
The library board meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. Members present: Erin Corbin, Kevin Segerstrom, Nancy Rinda, Gwyn Whitacre, Dianne Feasley and Corey Burgess. DirectorJennyLoseywasalsopresent. Wehadenoughforaquorum. Erin made the motion to approve the September, 2025 meeting minutes as presented.
Jenny reviewed the Director's Report.
Kevin made the motion to approve the monthly expenses.
We reviewed the Financial Reports
Dianne made the motion to adopt Levy Ordinance 2025-2026-4 with a second by Gwyn. Adopted by Open Outcry.

No Old Business
New Business - We reviewed the Disaster Plan. Gwyn made the motion to approve the disaster plan as presented with a second by Dianne.
We reviewed the Exempt/Non-Exempt Employees policy. No changes were made.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 6:30p,m.
