City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
Bloomington Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department will hold a grand opening for the City of Bloomington’s newest park Woodbury Park on Friday, November 9 at 12 p.m. The park is located at 1214 Woodbury Place in Bloomington, IL.
Woodbury Park was financed with a federal grant through the City of Bloomington’s Community Development Department.
The park was designed and constructed internally by the staff of the City of Bloomington’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department.
Woodbury Park is complete and will be ready for opening Friday, November 9 at 12 p.m at 1214 Woodbury Place, Bloomington, IL. The opening will have brief remarks from city staff.
