I.Call to order and roll call
The Board of Education of Ridgeview Community Unit School District No. 19 was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by President Jeff Harris, with the following board members and administrators present: Duncan; Harris; Rathke; Rinkenberger; Nunamaker; Wagoner; and Dr. Steve Epperson, Superintendent.
Absent: Ben Hutley, Principal; Jim Campbell, Principal; Dustin Nunamaker, Ernie Hamilton
Others Present: None
II.Discussion of issuance of working cash fund bonds for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District so the District can move on with projects and continue with goals.
III.Opportunity for public comments and questions concerning the issuance of working cash fund bonds for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District.

V. Adjournment
Lindsey Rinkenberger moved and Rob Duncan seconded to adjourn the meeting at
5:50 p.m. Discussion. Vote. Duncan; Harris; Hamilton; Rathke; Rinkenberger; Wagoner Phone: Nunamaker Results: Passed 6-0
President Jeff Harris adjourned the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
