Report: Pontiac-West Holliday spent $10,811 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Pontiac-West Holliday School District 105 is down 2 percent from five years ago, according to a McLean County Times analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Saint Clair County school district spent $11,029 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,811 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 773 to 715.

Pontiac-West Holliday's spending in 2017-18 was 18.9 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
