Le Roy home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Le Roy fell by $25,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,900 - a 22.8% decrease over the $109,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Le Roy in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Le Roy for 2017 was $2,957. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,889. This marks an increase of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.5%.
