Lexington home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Lexington fell by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 18.8% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lexington in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lexington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,698, approximately 5.7% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
