Illinois General Assembly: HB250 actions on May 29

The following actions were taken on May 29 in the House on House bill HB250 ("prop tx-notice"): "Passed Both Houses", "House Concurs" and "Senate Committee Amendment No. 2 House Concurs".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Lawrence Walsh, Jr. (D-86) on Jan. 8, "amends the Property Tax Code and the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act" and "provides that tax sales need not be held within the county," according to the General Assembly website.

The following senator co-sponsored the bill: Jason A. Barickman (R-53).
