Q4 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Livingston County?

There were 12 offenders released on parole during the fourth quarter that live in Livingston County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by McLean County Times.

The data shows that eight men and four women were released in Livingston County. The median age of the parolees was 30. The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old man sentenced in 2018, and the oldest was a 54-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2016.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Alyssa Lewis. She was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2012 when she was 22 years old. She is now 28.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the fourth quarter in each Livingston County municipality.
