Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Livingston County?

There were nine offenders released on parole during the first quarter that live in Livingston County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by McLean County Times.

The data shows that six men and three women were released in Livingston County. The median age of the parolees was 35. The youngest parolee was a 22-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2016, and the oldest was a 53-year-old woman sentenced for a financial crime or fraud in 2018.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Timothy J. Rork Jr. He was convicted of a property crime in 2013 when he was 31 years old. He is now 37.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the first quarter in each Livingston County municipality.
