Vice Chairman Barnett called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m. and declared a quorum
Vice Chairman Barnett presented for action a request to approve an Emergency Appropriation
Ordinance amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2019 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Facilities.
Motion by Smith/Beard to recommend approval of an Emergency
Appropriation Ordinance amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2019
Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Facilities.
Motion Carried.
Vice Chairman Barnett presented for action a request to approve bills in the amount of $1,217,146.15
Chairman Murphy asked if there was anything further to come before the Committee; hearing nothing, he adjourned the meeting at 5:21 p.m.
