Board President Emily Gall called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
PRESENT: Megan Henson, Kim Verdun, Emily Gall, and Kevin Roe.
ABSENT: Chad Gragert and Mark Tissiere
Also in attendance: Mark Hettmansberger, Superintendent; Sue Francis, Secretary; and Kate Noles

APPROVAL OF THE TIME AND DATE OF FY2019 AMENDED BUDGET HEARING
Motion to accept the date of June 12, 2019 at 7 p.m. for the FY 2019 amended budget hearing was made by Kate Noles and second Megan Henson. Action: Passed.
APPROVAL OF THE TENTATIVE AMENDED BUDGET FOR FY2019

APPROVAL OF THE 2019-2020 STUDENT HANDBOOK

APPROVAL OF THE EMPLOYMENT OF SCHOOL SECRETARY

ANNOUNCEMENT AND DISCUSSION
1) Supt. Hettmansberger discussed with the Board the School Board Convention.
2) Supt. Hettmansberger updated the Board on the 2019-2020 School Calendar.
3) Supt. Hettmansbeger informed the Board on 8t h Grade graduation. It will be held Thursday, May 16 at 7 p.m.
4) Supt. Hettmansberger updated the Board on the Mandatory Board Training for the new board members.
