City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Beginning Thursday at 7:00 a.m., Constitution Trail (Bloomer Line) will be closed to all pedestrian traffic due to storm water work. The trail will remain closed Monday through Friday during working hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The work and temporary closure is expected to be completed by October 25, 2019.
