City of Chenoa issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
The Chenoa VFW and Ladies Auxiliary Annual Halloween Costume Contest has been moved to the Prarie Central Primary West multipurpose room on October 31, 2019. The judging will still begin at 6pm.
