City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
This weather reminds us that is that time of year that the drinking fountains on Constitution Trail and the restrooms in the parks will be closed down for the season. This goes into effect on Oct. 31st, so plan ahead for your hydration and potty needs as you head out.
