City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Dec. 27.
Golfers don’t have to wait until the spring to play the first round of 2020.
Highland Park Golf Course is hosting the 47th Annual Snowbird Open Golf Tournament on Wednesday, January 1st, 2020.
The event will be played as a nine hole individual stroke play. Registration and play begin at 9:00 A.M. All golfers must tee off by noon. Entry fee is $2 per person. Carts will be available, weather permitting. Players are not obligated to keep score.
Players are welcome to make their own foursome or groups, no tee time is necessary.
