Gridley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Gridley rose by $38,700 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 43.8% increase over the $88,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Gridley in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Gridley for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,596, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
