Danvers home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Danvers fell by $43,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,000 - a 38% decrease over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Danvers in September 2018, as well.
