McLean County Finance Committee met March 4.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

The Finance Committee of the McLean County Board met on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in Room 400 of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington, Illinois.

Members Present: Chairman Jim Soeldner Members, Chuck Erickson, Laurie Wollrab, Carlo Robustelli, Josh Barnett and Jacob Beard

Members Absent: Member Catherine Metsker

Other Members Present: Chairman John McIntyre

Staff Present: Ms. Camille Rodriguez, County Administrator, Cassy Taylor,

Assistant County Administrator; Ms. Jessica Woods, First

Assistant State Attorney – Civil, Julie Morlock Recording Secretary

Chairman Soeldner called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. and declared a quorum.

Chairman Soeldner presented for action a request to approve a change of polling place from the McLean County Nursing Home at 901 N. Main Street, Normal, IL. Ms. Rodriguez indicated that to protect residents and the public Staff is recommending moving the polling place.

Motion by Beard/Wollrab to recommend approval of a change of polling place from the McLean County Nursing Home at 901 N. Main Street, Normal, IL Motion Carried.

Chairman Soeldner presented for action a request to approve change of polling place from Evergreen Place at 801 Gregory Street, Normal, IL. Ms. Rodriguez indicated that Staff has been in consultation with Evergreen staff and their Corporate staff and are in agreement to change the location. Mr. Soeldner indicated that notice needed to go out by mail which is why they needed to call and emergency meeting.

Motion by Robustelli/Wollrab to recommend approval a change of polling place from Evergreen Place at 801 Gregory Street, Normal, IL

Motion Carried.

Chairman Soeldner asked if there was anything else to come before the Committee; hearing nothing he adjourned the meeting at 5:03 p.m.
