1. Call to order – Mayor Slagel called the meeting to order.
2. Mayor Slagel directed the Clerk to call roll and the following members of Council answered present: Gary Norris, Steve Endres, Charles Hoselton, Jon Kinate, Bruce Weber, Lynn Dameron and Bill Schmidgall. Gerald Hoffman was absent.

4. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda – Motion by Kinate, second by Schmidgall to approve the following items on the Consent Agenda:

10. New Business – Discussion/Action Items

D. Motion by Weber, second by Endres to approve the following proposals to install a new master meter at the Water Plant; G.A. Rich & Sons in the amount of $9,719, Gasvoda & Associates in the amount of $13,055 and J.R. Electric in the amount of $3,450 for a combined total of $26,224. Motion carried 8-0.
