On Nov. 30, Warren Rickard purchased a home at 402 N. Buchanan, Heyworth from Davina Ann Franklin (estate administrator) and Carol A. Franklin (estate) for $125,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,045, 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Heyworth in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carol A. Franklin has been registered to vote since 1982 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 402 N. Buchanan as of Oct. 10, 2020: David M Franklin, 78, Brenton A. Franklin, 36, and Carol A. Franklin, 81.
