Home prices increased in Pontiac during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Pontiac rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,250 - a 14.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Pontiac in the first quarter of 2020.
