Pontiac median home prices rose by 4.9% in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Pontiac rose by $3,700 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,450 - a 4.9% increase over the $75,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pontiac in September 2018.
