On Jan. 31, Steven and Barbara Berger purchased a home at 339 E. Lincoln, Bloomington from Nicolas and Melissa Lenz and Melissa Primmer for $130,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,949.52, 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $93,800 on Sept. 14, 2018.

So far in January 2022, 100 properties sold in Bloomington.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nicolas Paul Lenz has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Melissa S. Lenz has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
