McLean median home prices rose by 42.2% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in McLean rose by $48,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 42.2 percent increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in McLean in April 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in McLean for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,547, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
