He is requesting a special use to allow an Outdoor Beer Garden at the Green Gables Bar and Grill in the C-Commercial District on property in Hudson Township at 17485 E 2500 North Rd., Hudson, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:15 P.M. – Case SU-22-13, an application of Bernie Harrison in case SU-22-13 on parcel 31-31- 400-004. He is requesting a special use to allow a kennel in the A-Agriculture District on property in West Township at 30614 E 200 North Rd., LeRoy, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:30 P.M. – Case SU-22-14, an application of Adam Rader in case SU-22-14 on parcels 14-19-100- 017 & 14-19-300-001. He is requesting to amend special use case SU-14-03 to allow the expansion of an Agricultural Tourism Facility, Rader Family Farms, in the Agriculture District and to allow a waiver of the paved parking requirement on property in Normal Township at 1312 Ropp Rd., Normal, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
