Notice is hereby given that the City of Pontiac Planning and Zoning Board will hold a meeting on Monday, February 27th, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:
All Right Sign, petitioner, requests a variance to allow an internally illuminated sign rather than a non-illuminated sign as required by Table 7.06.1. Table 7.06.1 affirms that internally illuminated signs are not permitted in the B-2 Central Business District. The legal description is as follows: Lots 3 & 4 EXCEPT E80’ of Lot 3 on Block 45 of the Pontiac Original Town Subdivision, with a common address of 422 W. Howard St. in Pontiac, Illinois.
