Pontiac High School had the highest enrollment among Livingston County schools, welcoming 678 students during the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Out of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 54.4% of them were boys, and 45.6% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 83% of the student body at Pontiac High School.

Among the 24 schools in Livingston County, Prairie Central High School ranked second in enrollment with 514 students, while Dwight Common School welcomed 511 students to be ranked third in the 2021-22 school year.

Pontiac High School is a part of Pontiac Township High School District 90, which generally encompasses schools within Livingston County with its main office in Pontiac.

In the previous school year, Pontiac High School had the highest number of students among Livingston County schools.
