On Friday, March 1, former Boylan Catholic High School (il) standout Daniel Contreras’ current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division I game against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions.

The game took place in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This was their first matchup against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions this season.
