A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.
