On June 28, 2024, Casey’s Retail Company, d/b/a/ Casey’s #2267, 1930 N. Linden Street, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

B. CASE 2024-LC-7: GAMES ON MAIN, LLC., D/B/A Jackpot Janes, 1101 N. Main Street, Suite 1B, Normal, IL:

On June 28, 2024, Games on Main, LLC., d/b/a/ Jackpot Janes, 1101 N. Main Street, Suite 1B, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $500.00, as this was the second offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $500.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

On June 28, 2024, Hacienda Leon II, Inc., d/b/a/ Hacienda Leon, 1 Uptown Circle, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on August 9, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $500.00, as this was the second offense for this establishment in two years.

RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class D Liquor License to ARV BREAKFAST & TACOS LLC., d/b/a/ FLAME @ BLOOM, 307 S. Veterans Parkway, Suite 500, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of license fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.

6. 2024-25 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: 35 YEARS, LLC LANDMARK, D/B/A MARIE’S PLACE, 1520 E. COLLEGE AVENUE, UNIT J, NORMAL, IL:

We have received the completed application from 35 YEARS, LLC LANDMARK, d/b/a/ Marie’s Place for a Class C – Beer and Wine Only – On Premises Liquor License at 1520 E. College Avenue, Unit J, along with related documents. This application is for a change of ownership.

RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class C Liquor License to 35 YEARS, LLC LANDMARK, d/b/a/ Marie’s Place, 1520 E. College Avenue, Unit J, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of license fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.

7. 2024-25 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: 35 YEARS, LLC PATRIOT CENTER, D/B/A MARIE’S PLACE, 115 SUSAN DRIVE, SUITE H, NORMAL, IL:
