The Illinois State Athletics Percy Family Hall of Fame inducted its 2024 class on Saturday, September 28, at a ceremony held in the Brown Ballroom at the Bone Student Center during ISU's Homecoming festivities.

This year's inductees included Tami Baalke (women's basketball), Matt Brown (football), Anderson Devonish (men's track & field), and Sami (King) Geringer (gymnastics). Additionally, longtime Illinois State Athletics staff member Tom Lamonica received the Campbell "Stretch" Miller Award.

Hall of Famer and longtime "Voice of the Redbirds" Dick Luedke served as emcee for the event. Illinois State Interim Director of Athletics Dr. Jeri Beggs and Illinois State President Dr. Aondover Tarhule also delivered remarks.

The ceremony honored Baalke for her achievements in women's basketball, where she was a two-time All-Gateway Conference First-Team selection and 1990 Freshman of the Year. Brown was recognized for his record-setting career as a quarterback in football, becoming ISU's all-time leading passer. Devonish earned recognition for his accomplishments in men's track & field as a 13-time Missouri Valley Conference champion and school record holder. Geringer was celebrated for her success in gymnastics as a four-time NCAA Regional qualifier and Midwest Independent Conference champion.

Tom Lamonica received the Campbell "Stretch" Miller Award, named after former Redbird student-athlete Campbell Miller. The award honors those who have made significant contributions to Illinois State athletics outside of playing or coaching roles.

The event celebrated these individuals with family, friends, former teammates, coaches, and staff members present to honor their achievements and contributions to Illinois State athletics.
