Sophomore Aniya Seymore scored her first career goal in the 86th minute to secure a 1-1 draw for Illinois State against Murray State on Sunday. The match, held in Murray, Kentucky, saw Illinois State come from behind for the second time this week after trailing Valparaiso and achieving a 2-1 victory at home.

Seymore is one of several Redbirds to achieve their first career goals this season, joining freshmen Chloe Cline, Eve Gricius, Eiley Henderson, and redshirt sophomore Sammi Cenek.
Illinois State will next host Indiana State on Sunday at Adelaide Street Field, with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. on ESPN+.
