The Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team, ranked fifth nationally, is set to participate in the Wabash Invite. The event will take place at the Broadmoor Country Club in Indianapolis on October 7-8. The course is a par-72 and spans 6,904 yards.

The tournament format includes 54 holes, with 36 holes scheduled for Monday and the final round on Tuesday. Illinois Wesleyan will field two teams among a total of 15 teams competing. Other participating schools include Earlham, Ohio Wesleyan, Rhodes, Millikin, North Central, Wooster, Webster, Hope, DePauw, Franklin, and Wabash. Notably, IWU, DePauw, and Wabash are each entering two teams.

Illinois Wesleyan's 'A' team features seniors Quinn Clifford from Chicago and Griffin Pohl from Western Springs. They are joined by juniors Michael Spitzer from Hinsdale, Juney Bai from Mokena, and Aidan Healy from New Lenox. The 'B' team consists of freshmen Pablo Castro from Palatine and Michael O'Keefe from Chicago along with juniors Myles Lahart from Park Ridge, Nate Bibbey from Oak Park, and Raj Sethi from Chandler.

The competition begins on Monday with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Live scoring for the event will be available through Clippd. More information can be found on the men's golf schedule page of iwusports.com.
