The Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team is set to participate in the Golfweek October Classic, scheduled for October 15-17. The tournament will take place at the Raven Golf Club in Sandestin Golf Resort, Destin, Florida. This event is a 54-hole competition on a par-71 course stretching over 6,651 yards.

Illinois Wesleyan's team is currently ranked sixth according to the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division III Coaches Poll released by the Golf Coaches Association of America. They are among eight top-ten teams competing in this tournament. The field also includes No. 1 Emory, No. 2 Methodist, and other notable teams like Oglethorpe and Carnegie Mellon.

Representing Illinois Wesleyan will be players Bobby Beaubien from Barrington, Juney Bai from Mokena, Quinn Clifford from Chicago, Jackson Hulsey from St. Charles, and Griffin Pohl from Western Springs.
