The Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team is set to face Elmhurst University in a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin matchup on Tuesday, October 17. The game will take place at the Shirk Center in Bloomington, Illinois, beginning at 7 p.m.

The Titans, holding a record of 7-12 overall and 3-3 in the CCIW, are coming off a challenging weekend. They faced two nationally-ranked teams at the Washington University in St. Louis Tournament on October 14. Illinois Wesleyan fell in four sets to both No. 2 University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and No. 12 WashU.

Sophomore Taylor French from Romeoville, Illinois, had an impressive performance over the weekend with 37 kills and an average of 4.63 per set on a .263 attack percentage. Her efforts earned her all-tournament honors. French leads the team's offense this season and ranks among the top-15 nationally in several categories including kills and points.

Senior Lily Summers follows French with 108 kills this season, while junior Morgan Harrington has contributed with 100 kills. Freshman Sophia Feeney leads the team with 281 assists.

On defense, senior Faith Washko leads IWU with 322 digs, averaging 5.11 digs per set. Freshman Eleanor Palmer has been strong at the net with a total of 48 blocks.

Elmhurst University enters the match with an overall record of 11-6 and a conference record of 1-3 after falling to Augustana College on October 11. Historically, Elmhurst holds a slight edge over Illinois Wesleyan in their series meetings dating back to 1994.

Tuesday's match marks their first meeting since October last year when Elmhurst defeated Illinois Wesleyan in four sets.

The game will be available for live streaming and live stats online.
