Chudy competed in section two of the 10,000-meter run on Thursday evening. She finished 20th out of 35 participants with a personal best time of 36:36.18, which ranks fourth nationally. Section one of the women's 10k will conclude on Friday at 1 p.m.
Meanwhile, other members of the IWU men's and women's teams are set to compete in different events over the weekend. They will participate in Illinois State's Redbird Challenge and Millikin University's Big Blue Alumni Invite.
