The Illinois Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team is preparing for a nonconference game against Albion College in Michigan. The match is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, at 12 p.m. ET at Albion's Alumni Field.

The Titans are coming off a victory over Colorado College, winning 17-15 on March 16. Senior Gage Black led the team with a career-high of ten points from seven goals and three assists. Freshman Timothy McHugh also performed well, contributing four goals and four assists. Defensively, junior Nick Horrocks made four caused turnovers and collected four ground balls, while junior goalkeeper Colin Tervo recorded 12 saves.

This upcoming game will be the first meeting between Illinois Wesleyan and Albion College, despite both teams being highly ranked in Region V at the end of the previous season. The Titans currently hold a 3-3 record, whereas the Britons stand at 1-7 after their recent loss to Oberlin College.
