The Illinois Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team is set to compete against Colorado College at Washburn Field in Colorado Springs. The match is scheduled for Saturday, March 16, at 1 p.m. MT.

Illinois Wesleyan, holding a 2-3 record this season, recently faced State University of New York-Cortland, resulting in a close 12-9 loss. In that game, freshman Timothy McHugh and senior Gage Black each scored four points. Black led with four goals and four ground balls, while McHugh had three assists. Zo Lombardo excelled in faceoffs, winning 18 out of 23. Junior Colin Tervo was in goal for the entire match and made 15 saves.

This upcoming match marks the second meeting between Illinois Wesleyan and Colorado College. Their previous encounter on February 12, 2022, saw the Titans secure a 14-7 victory over the Tigers. In that game, Black was a significant contributor with three goals, and Seeley added two more.

Colorado College currently holds a 4-2 record after their recent defeat to Muhlenberg College with a score of 14-13.
